Minor Bug Fix with Speed Upgrade

Quick Bug Fix

I forgot about a bug with the animation speed not actually resetting upon prestige.
I have fixed that and it is in the current build.
I'm not sure if that update will nuke save files, but I apologize for any data lost in fixing this bug.
